This dentist seemed very caring any compassionate. She took time to answer all of my questions. I came in woth a horrible toothache, and she made time in her schedule to do the root canal that day! I'm definitely recommending her to family and friends.

I had 2 permenant crowns put in on Thursday.I was having problems with them and called Friday and, though their website said they were open, my 2 messages were never answered.Called at 9:00 Monday to again report my discomfort and was told that I couldn't be seen till Thursday. When I said that I left 2 messages the receptionist's response was "I haven't listened to the messages yet" (they'd been opened an hour).I am left with the impression that they really don't care about me as a patient.The whole time the dentist worked on my teeth she was rushing between rooms and, in my opinion, just wanted to get the crowns in without regard to how they fit.There was no attempt on her part to make sure that the crowns were good when she put them in, but left that task to the assistant.I'm going to try to bear with these crowns until the adjustment on Thursday, but will never return to this practice.I'd like to go to a dental practice where I feel they care about the patient.
