Was very dismissive, did not show empathy. Was of no help for my chronic ear infections. Paid for a visit which was €200, I was out within 30 minutes with no help whatsoever I came in the same way I left feeling lost and hoping someone who apparently is trained in the field could of helped, but was mistakenly wrong. Asked a simple question for her to repeat. Which she responded “oh no I shouldn't have said that” just forget it. Very rude, would not recommend if you are going with ear problems. She made me feel very unwelcome, did not really want to listen at all. Felt more of an obligation to just get me in and out. I couldn't even get much of a word in, I came out feeling upset and lost. It seems to be an ongoing problem in Ireland ENT will not help people with chronic ear infections. They simply just wave it off and do not care to help or want to unless it is very much right in front of their eyes the problem. But please don't let this stop you from finding the right one, because someone out there does know what they are doing and will help. From what I read she is a lot more interested in problems with the sinuses.
