Worst doctor I’ve ever seen in 45 years of my life so just interested in what you have to say and so rude worst bedside manner ever so sour and grumpy never helps with any condition just says I don’t know how to help you or I can’t help you goodbye and charge you full price

Have been seeing Dr Ousby for years. He is thorough, straight to the point and listens to what I say. Always feel in good hands and satisfied after my appointments.

Dr Ousby saw my 19 month old son today and I left the practice shocked by the lack of interest in my little one who has enlarged glands, been off food for a week and has been waking up screaming the last few nights (I ruled out teething). Dr Ousby checked his throat and ears and stated that there was no obvious infection and to come back in two weeks if he hasn't improved. I realised after the consultation that he didn't even listen to my baby's chest. Extremely poor consultation for $65.00 which is a lot for us right now. I have worked for many Doctors over the years and have never known one to be less interested in a patient. Terrible bedside manner also and not interested in offering advice regarding nutrition issues for baby. Will not be returning to Good Health Greenhills again to seek assistance for my baby.
