When I first started going to see Allan Smith my teeth and gums were not in the best shape. He has, through his expertise and encouragement, helped me to get my teeth and gums in the best condition they have been in a long time. I have never felt rushed, left unattended, treated rudely or any negative thing at all. He has always answered my questions and really seems to know his stuff. I'm really glad I started to see him. I had to make an emergency appointment after chipping a crown and was able to get in fairly quickly.

Dr. Smith, I admit, is a nice man, and seems laidback at first. BUT, the moment he begins working on you he becomes very tense, someone else said edgy & that is a good word too, he does get edgy. Once he starts working on you he barks orders at his staff, constantly stops to adjust his gloves, makes a lot of sighing noises, & seems agitated while working. Like a lot of dentists, he works on not only you, but walks back & forth between patients, thus leaving you in the chair with your mouth stretched wide open for 3 1/2 or 4 hrs. They put a metal contraption in your mouth to keep your mouth wide open, then place some rubber "thing" over your mouth too, it's all uncomfortable & too long to wear for 4 hrs. His assistant, Tabbie, I admit is a nice helpful lady, but too outspoken, & has made unprofessional statements to me regarding my dental care. Her attitude, Dr. Smith's edginess while working is why we aren't his patients anymore. Too pushy of an office overall, won't ever go back.

The dr. Was yelling at his staff infront of patients and the whole time I was there he seemed like he was very on edge and just wanted to get me out. I would not go see him again!
