After recently moving to Wyckoff and finding this dentist initially I was happy because Dr Korinis seemed very genuine and kind, but as time went on and every visit that started with a minor cavity ended in a root canal even while doing one root canal he worked on the tooth next to it and hey presto once the numbness wore off I had to go back and get a root canal on that tooth. I am still pretty upset every time I think about it a few years on, as I feel he has ruined my teeth I’m paying thousand of dollars to fix. Another thing that doesn’t sit right is I was given extra strong medication after each procedure by Dr Korinis and told it was fine to drive home. Just a word of advice go elsewhere before something similar happens to you.

He seems very nice but I would not trust this dentist! Never had issue prior to going to him. What seemed like simple fillings turned in to root canals. I believe that the root canal was clearly not indicated. The root canals he did do failed within only a few years of getting them done. Now I am spending thousands of dollars trying to fix his work and may lose teeth because of him.

His solution to every problem is antibiotics, root canal a post and a crown. Every filling done in my mouth has turned into a root canal because he drilled too deep and exposed the nerve, causing me a lot of pain and suffering, not to mention thousands of dollars. At every appointment he brags about his expensive cars and tries to show them off. At first I was impressed and then I realized what was Going on here. That is how he affords all of his cars by performing the most expensive treatment which was not needed in the first place. I am highly disappointed for trusting him with my dental health. Wish I did my research beforehand and went to someone who truly wanted the best for me. Do your self a favor a do your research before coming here.

Two years ago I had neck cancer. I was treated and am now cancer free. Dr. Korinis treated my teeth before treatment so I wouldn't have a problem. Now , after the radiation that helped cure me has damaged my lower teeth, Dr. Korinis is doing an outstanding job of repairing as much of the damage as possible. Excellent job, excellent staff and excellent care.

After reading some of the bad reviews I feel compelled to comment and review Dr Korinis. I have been a patient for 5 years, never had a any problems with Dr Korinis or his staff. They were always there whenever I had an issue, even when they were closed. After leaving a message with the doctor he would usually call back within a hour or so.
My opinion I would rate Dr Korinis and his office 5 stars

PS: For the people who write the bad reviews, try something new Talk to the Doctor before you leave the office, I’m sure he will rectify any issues.

I recently had a root canal by Dr. Korinis. He did an excellent job. I was out of pain, and the process was pain free! He followed up with me to make sure I was doing well. The office is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and nice. I highly recommend Dr. Korinis and Bergen Smile Confidence.

Dr. Korinis and his staff were all very nice and welcoming and made me less nervous! Not only were the facilities nice and inviting, the entire team displayed resourcefulness, offering helpful recommendations to accompany primary and secondary diagnoses. I’m returning for the execellent treatment, but even more for the great team that makes it happen!

Wishing I'd seen this website prior to becoming a patient. Useless in an emergency (doesn't answer phone or return calls). Botched two root canals, that oddly I had never needed prior to becoming a patient of his. After months of pain and suffering, thousands of dollars and aggravation, I now face the possibility of losing a tooth and having life-long sinus issues due to his negligence.
Also highly disturbed that he began procedures on my 9 year old to remove a tooth (as recommended by the orthodontist) without me in the room. They sat her down, started numbing her up, and had I not gone looking for her probably would have pulled the teeth without me even being there.
We will all be finding a new dentist.
