Not friendly, and doesn’t look at you when he speaks. Comes across as a bit proud.

Alsolutely a great doctor. Very helpful - has your best interests at heart. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a great GP.

Dr Borodin is very caring and informative - especially with skin problems. I have found him to be approachable and helpful. A great GP. I wold not go anywhere else.

For simple health problems he's fine. For anything more complicated he'll move you along almost scared to think too much

I rushed my 3 year old into his practice as it was the closest medical help (4 mins from home, faster then an ambulance) . My 3 year old had choked, she turned blue, her face was heavily swollen from convulsing/vomiting trying to move the item, we managed to get her breathing at home again but she was still having trouble. The practice was empty, no patients. This Dr refused to see her, the receptionist told us he was getting ready to go home and just take her to a hospital. He was literally on the other side of the wall to us and couldnt be bothered doing the right thing. It would have taken 2 minutes to check her chest and airways and refer us to a hospital once we knew she was ok to get there without issue. Within 2 minutes of leaving the surgery she started choking again, luckily this time she managed to vomit up the item but it could have ended in a fatality. Disgusted. Will be taking this further. She still has some swelling to her face and is a bit sore but she is OK, no thanks to Dr Borodin.

Lacks empathy and compassion. Awful experience- no follow up on tests.

Careless attitude, nil treatment (no physio/pain medication/immobilisation/medical certificate for work) for a fractured shoulder. Charged full cost for 2 minute appointment to tell me the same the radiologist did. Very poor.

Good doctor, with good communication. willing to give you copies of reports and tests. Very open doctor. BUT very reserved in opinions. Does not want to find issues before they are too late. does not practice preventative medicine. Wait and have another test is standard response.
