I have seen Dr Telan for quite a few years now through complex issues including significant mental illness. She is kind, caring, and goes out of her way to check in and make sure I was getting the best care. She has a great sense of humour and great stories to tell! The admin staff there are also fantastic, they’re very understanding and helpful.

I have been seeing her for many years and always found her to be knowledgeable and quite pleasant but as I have become elderly her attitude has changed and has become quite rude.

She can be very rude at times. Doesn’t really tolerate elderly patients But her knowledge is quite broad.

Dr Narcisa Telan is a friendly and skilled general practitioner who spends time building relationships with her patients and who cares about them holistically. We always have a good laugh as well. A real asset to our community.

Dr Telan has been our family GP for 5 years now. She's engaging, personable and goes over and above to detail how/what/why is occurring. Even though we've moved several times away from the area, we still go back as a family to the practise and to DrTelan as a preference.
