Odd behaviour, called my name out (I am female) searching for me in waiting room when everyone else was male. Shuffled down the corridor, then introduced himself as Dr Malcolm Turnbull on the phone to a specialist. Then brought out a model of a knee to show me even though my injury was neck. Never went back.
