I have been extremely ill with a particular problem for approximately two years, I was referred to Doctor Prematilake and visited him one week ago his remedy was so simple I was stunned,
I followed his advice to the letter and .after a week my health has improved radically.
I rang Dr. Prematilake as he told me to and he was as excited as I am with my improvement.
This man is a magician,I did not have to tell him a thing he told me exactly how I was suffering, all of my symptoms and what he thought was the problem I was to try his solution for a week, one week later I am a different person, I am actually feeling happy.
This doctor is a true e gift. 👍

I was very sick with complicated symptoms and problems. The staff managed to arrange an appointment quickly with Dr Prem. He was very understanding and sympathetic. He started me on a coarse of medication and I improved over time. The doc made calls to check on my progress and provide support during my recovery. He was able to give me so much information and advice during follow up appointments. Very happy with how things turned out.

I figured that I have to write a good feedback to balanced the negative feedbacks below. The main negative feedbacks below was one where someone complained about still being alive despite an adverse prediction by Dr. Prem (Well, by happy and do something useful with your extra time!) and the other one complains apparently about "bedside matters"...: Well, I love Doc Martin on TV, if you know what I mean... I had a pre-procedure consultation. Dr. Prem clearly explained the necessary facts and answered questions. And before the scheduled operative check-up in the hospital, he was even able to accommodate a last minute request of mine to add another check-up to the existing one, which saved me going into hospital twice. After the procedures, when I woke up again, he dropped by and quickly ran me thru the results and even gave me some good advise. No complications. Friendly staff. What more do you want?

Run and run quickly if this man gets anywhere near you. He is a disgrace to the medical profession. I have heard many accounts from patients who feel the same. About 5 months ago he told me to go home as I had only a few weeks to live and gave me 4 endorse to take away...... Needless to say, he was totally incorrect with his diagnosis. I am feeling better than I have ever felt in my life just over 5 months later. I'm very happy and very healthy. This man is not a gastroenterologists shoe lace. He should lose his medical licence.

I found him very uncaring his bedside manner on my hospital stays were very depressing after her had left the room, he would tell me that I was not doing as he had instructed even though I had and was told I was there because of me, not offering more strategies for me to try I had to find out what a soft foid diet was from the cafeteria lady as he would tell me to be on it but not explain what it was or consisted of after trying to guess and minimal knowledge from Google I had 3 emergency hospital stays for up to 3-4 days each time and being told all my fault because I di dont stick to the soft food diet. I would not recommend him to anyone, sadly as our doctors should be people who have compassion and want to help those suffering . I guess not all do.

After waiting 50 minutes i found this doctor to be abrupt and less than interested in answering my questions. Because i also wanted information one one of my test results as well as the original concern and persisted despite being blocked i was change for a two issue lodge consultation $288 dollars. I was offered scripts with little explanation or discussion. The impression i was left with was a production line approach with resistance to any personalised care. His accent was also very difficult to understand. He also made a phone call of some minutes during my appointment without apology. I do not believe he earnt the fee i was charged.
