Comes across very phony when acting like she cares. Seems more focused on herself and money..

Heather is an outstanding doctor who does often run a bit late and I think that’s terrific! She takes her time with each patient to understand their concerns and medical needs. I have been seeing Heather for about 18 years and treasure her as my GP. I value her advice and she is usually spot on correct with her diagnoses. Other doctors in the practice are also terrific and I have found the staff to be caring and efficient. Keep up the great work!

FANTASTIC DOCTOR!!!
I have been attending this surgery since I was 18 I’m now 45 and I couldn’t love Heather and the staff more than what I already do. Heather is amazing and very down to earth. I have never known another doctor like her. I am so thankful that Heather is our family doctor.

Great Doctor, well respected by other professionals. Relaxing person to speak to during consultations. Follows up everything with determination to concluding correct prognosis. Could not recommend her more highly.

Dr Heather Reid has been my family doctor for about 11years . I would recommend Ourimbah Surgery for General Practitioners as they have Male & Female doctors who are very compassionate, professional, with highest integrity. I can not say enough about the Doctors, Staff and Nurses that make Surgery very special.

Sometimes a wait up to half an hour but this is better than most practices.
She is an excellent doctor who was recommended to me by a neighbour and I'm glad to have found her.

Saw this doctor after moving to the area. The staff are unhelpful and rude. Dr. Reid is brash and unprofessional in her approach preferring to talk about herself during a consultation and the charges for a long consultation. The surgery is
cluttered and dirty. I have since heard she is well known on the coast for her attitude, presentation and being very money hungry. Wouldn't recommend her.
