The treatment and products that she recommends are way too aggressive for my skin and doesn't suit my skin at all ...i feel like she doesn't understand my skin at all..very disappointing!

I have known Sherrie for several years. Over the years I had several treatments at the clinic which I was mostly happy with. I have very sensitive and allergic skin which makes it more difficult for the doctor to assist me. Sherrie is helpful, friendly and professional.

I found the consultation very odd - running late despite not seeing a patient beforehand. Dr Chew did not really care about helping me make the right treatment and then didn’t even say goodbye when I didn’t agree to have a same day procedure.

I had an awful experience. Very late appointment. I was also asked to do treatments on the same day for a discounted price (lol). Very dodgy practice imo.

My mum has been treating her pigmentation in China for many many years, but the result was not very obvious.However, after 2 sessions of treatment in Dr Sherrie’s clinic, her pigmentation is getting lighter and lighter, she is pretty happy with the result.

Saw Dr. Chew for acne scars. She gave me very agressive treatments. Too agressive for my skin type. I don’t see any results. My skin is still red and I have persistent facial erythema from those agressive treatments. I have recently saw a dermatologist and I was told that the treatments I received were not suitable for me. I paid over $1000 for those treatments. I googled Dr. Chew’s credentials and learn that she is not even a dermatologist. I also learned from my dermatologist that anyone can claim to be a cosmetic doctor. It’s not a protected title like a dermatologist. Avoid her clinic at all cost. It’s a scam.
