Very Covid ready! Friendly staff!!! He has helped my family and me for many years. The 'virus' has made this office' go the distance',, and the've made me feel very safe.

The doctor and staff are amazing! Dr. Frankel's ability to make my child's fears diappear from another bad situation are due clearly to his experience and the time he takes with each child. I would highly recommend Dr. Frankel and he even accepted my insurance!!!

This pediatric dentist snapped at me in front of my daughter and staff and other patients. She was crying yesterday of gum pain because of a loose tooth for the past 2 weeks. And with a growing tooth right behind it. Part of the gumline comes outward when she touches it. Well, he started:" This is not an emergency,go get a job, send her to school and stop looking at her teeth and let nature take it's course." That I had another emergency visit, 5 months before, that's because the endocrinologist requested an opinion from his office. Today my daughter had a follow up appt with the endocrinologist and all went well. But I was humilliated by this dentist. My household income is 114,000 last year, we pay almost 200.00 for my daughter's insurance per month and this doctor does not deserve my business, much less not to consider her pain. He did nothing for today. His opinion could have been told with respect and short to the point without offending us. Please parents, find another dentist.
