First time to See Dr Mok. Was very late with no apology and did not have a caring nature at all. My teenage daughter left crying after the consultation and does not want to see him again. My daughters foot was in so much pain and he pushed on her foot so much and so hard it caused more pain and damage. Very disappointing as there are some other wonderful doctors at this clinic.

My Wife and I have been patients of James Mok for a number of years and over the past few years due to age related illnesses have had to see him on a more regular basis. Having been patients of the Clinic since its inception we were unhappy to see it close but are pleased to see that James is still available to us through his position in Chirnside. Highly recommend him.
