Dr Bickford took my gallbladder out a few years ago now after having being recommended by a friend. I recovered well and have not had any problems relating to it since. I would highly recommend Dr Michael Bickford and his staff. I felt well cared for and the communication was great.

Mike did a Hernia job for me in 2018.

I have only excellent things to say about Dr Bickford, I had a Tumor removed from my parotid gland and that is beside the point, Imcould have that done by any number of surgeons and after a couple of choices my confidence in Dr Bickford was confirmed ,before,during and in after care. A great sense of capability tinged with humour that comes from confidence has left me greatful for for experience. Absolute confidence in this totally capable professional. Five stars from me.

I was admitted to Knox Private through the ED. My pain was diagnosed as arising from my gall bladder. I feel very lucky to have had Mr Bickford as my surgeon. He visited me regularly and I always felt up to speed about what was going to happen and when. He even stopped for a few words of reassurance just before I was wheeled into surgery. My recovery was virtually pain free. I would recommend Mr Bickford to friends and family. He is a highly skilled surgeon with a very reassuring manner and,as as a bonus , a quirky sense of humour!
