Clare was extremely rude, made numerous accusations about my parenting, my child and my husband on our first visit. She was totally off track, completely unprofessional and could cause significant psychological distress. We voluntarily ended the appointment after being berated! We had spent the night in emergency with our toddler and needed a follow up urine sample. Instead we were told that there was nothing wrong with my child other than my parenting (was administered medication in the ed the night prior), that my husband needed to play a more active role parenting and that its sad when I allow my 18month old to rule the house and that we need in patient treatment to address it! A formal complaint is being lodged.

Clare was extremely abrupt and rude. Made many accusations on my first visit about my well-being with no factual evidence to back it up.

Clare was quite aggressive and off track. I left my appointment feeling agitated and annoyed. I won't be returning.
