As a surgeon, Miss Taylor is not so bad but she got a secretary who is not pleasant, not nice at all. She is acting like she is uneducated and rude. Miss Taylor should get rid of her but she is still there so maybe Miss Taylor likes her attitude more than her patients. In my case she wanted me to pay her in advance and promised to send a receipt ONLY after surgery.

I wished I never had her operate on my foot. She forgot to reattach my Tandon in my toe.. Went to another surgeon to fix what she had done.

Dr Alison Taylor was amazing and we were exceptionally happy with the treatment we received when we saw her a few years ago, However i have just called to make another appointment and i cannot say the same thing about herstaff. She was most unhelpful and assumed I understood the system the same way she did. She was very condescending and i hope i dont ever have to deal with her again.

Omg! Dr Taylor’s secretary NEVER returns your call! How is anyone supposed to make an appointment. Dr Taylor is wonderful, but good god her secretary has to be the most annoying, rude & incompetent individual I have ever dealt with.
Dr Taylor surely reads these ratings. It’s time for a new secretary Dr Taylor. Your patients would definitely appreciate it.

Surgeon very reassuring. Staff! Impossible to get hold off and very unfriendly manner when and if you do! Time to replace the secretary she is so rude! Even if she actually gets back to you!!!

Dr Alison Taylor is a Foot & Ankle surgeon at Knox Private Hospital. She is extremely considerate, kind and caring. Her surgical skills are very good and her bedside manner is excellent. I would highly recommend her. Although impossible to speak to her office secretary when you call. A message machine takes your message and Dr Taylor’s secretary will return your call anywhere between 1-7 days. Her secretary doesn’t have a nice manner over the line. Very abrupt. This can be annoying and probably the only complaint I have about Dr Taylor’s practice. Dr Taylor herself is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. She needs a secretary who makes you feel comfortable, not stressed.
