He's sanctimonius, righteous and detached. He can't bear being challenged because his ego is bigger than his capability. He doesn't mind people suffering needlessly. Sociopathic tendencies.

Seems to lack compassion, particularly if you are not HIS regular patient. He is pretty blasé about how you are feeling. A very arrogant man. Not a favourite at all.

Dr Malcolm Altson is a wannabee melbourne dr who cant seem to make his revolving door surgery any more pathetic than it is. Stopped the pub from getting Pokies but funded his new refurbished Drs Rooms from money granted by Tattersalls. What a hypocrite. Dont give this Dr the Time of Day.
