I cannot rate James highly enough. He is very caring, patient and professional and after 3 years of researching after a previous nightmarish experience James has given me faith in the profession again. Thank you James and your wonderful staff.

Dr James Malouf staff are rude and unhelpful. I called for my usual checkup and got put on hold while the receptionist took another call. I don't mind being put on hold briefly but in this case she dealt with and made an appointment for another patient while she left me on hold. RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE. I hung up and started looking for another dentist on the net and found that the practice is offering a no gap special. While doing this the rude receptionist rang me back to try to justify herself and I asked about special. She said it was only for new patients! So Eight year's loyalty is worse than nothing, one is actually penalised for it. James is a nice young man, competent and friendly but I don't know if I will go back. First I will look for another dentist who is offering specials to new customers.
