My family loves Dr. Romero. We have been seeing her for years now. She treats my mom and my kids. We always get the best medical advice and prompt service from her and her office.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but the fact that I had such an unpleasant experience with Dr. Romero drives me to write this review.

Dr. Romero has no concern for her patients. During the appointment, I called my mother so that she could also hear and analyze the treatment options. She immediately told me that I was not have my mother listen in and that I was wasting her time. Dr. Romero did not care that I had questions about the treatment options and made it her mission to leave the room as soon as possible. Each time I asked a question, she looked very impatient and made me feel stupid for asking the question. As the patient, I don't think it's right that a doctor is so condescending and makes you feel bad.

I highly dislike this woman because she lacks the courtesy and professionalism that I believe is required in a doctor. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to any other dermatologist, not her.

I have been coming to Dr. Romero and her staff since the very early 2000's. I trust her with all of my needs. Just recently, I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma on my back. Would never had known it was there if I wasn't encouraged to have yearly skin exam (which I do). My adult children have been coming to the office since they were children. I have recommended friends to Dr. Romero, as well. Thanks for all the years of fabulous care.

I would give dr Romero 10 stars if I could. She found a skin cancer on my back and saved my life. Been there for years and no other doctor thought it was a cancer. I tell all my friends to go see her now. Thanks dr Romero.

I would put 0 stars if I could. WORST DERMATOLOGIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Completely rude and unprofessional and so is her staff. I went to her for very mild acne on my chin and was prescribed Solodyn. When I called her 2 weeks after being on the medication with terrible cystic breakouts all over my face she said this was normal and to stay on the medication for 6 weeks. After calling multiple times and being unable to get an appointment in to see her sooner the 6 weeks were finally up. When I went to see her she acknowledged that my acne was way worse and suggested to inject them with a needle. I had never done this before so I asked her if it was safe and she said yes it is a daily procedure and the possibility of leaving an indent in the skin would only happen if they injected too much. So naturally I assumed they knew the correct amount to inject. She then left the room and didn't even perform the procedure herself, her nurse did. It has now been a month since that last appointment and my skin has yet to improve from what she did to me. I have a massive indent on my forehead and chin from the injection she gave me and when I called to complain they insisted it was my fault because i knew the risk. My acne is still cystic and painful and I am 100 times worse off than I was before I ever even went to her. I regret this experience tremendously. Not only has she ruined my face but my self esteem and personal well being. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER go to this dermatologist (if you can even call her that).

I have been going to the office for about 1 year now on the recommendation of a friend. SO glad I found the office. I get the best skin care and advice. My friends think I am having an affair or something because I have "The Glow" I just laugh. A little botox, the IPL once a month and the results! I just love Dr. Romero and her staff. Ceclia

I am a patient of Dr. Simoni, and of Sharon. I have been coming to the office know for 4 months, and through the care of Dr. Simoni, and Sharon’s wonderful facials, I can say that I feel pretty for the first time ever. I have battled with adult acne for several years, and I finally decided that seeing a dermatologist was going to be worth whatever money I had to spend. At first it was a struggle, the antibiotics, creams, lotions, injections; yikes! AND to top it all off, my skin got worse a month in! I was so disappointed and sad! However, Dr. Simoni encouraged me to keep with the regime she had carefully planned for me. During month 3 I saw a HUGE improvement. It was like everything finally starting working. I started seeing a huge improvement with my pores, my large acne cleared up, and I even had compliments from people closest to me. People said my skin was glowing! WHAT! I have never heard had that word associated with my skin, EVER! Month 4 is going even better than that….

I have been going to Dermatology & Cosmteic Care for 10 years now. I love the office and tell all my friends to go there. Sometimes it is hard to get in with Dr. Romero because she is so popular but the other doctoprs in the office are also great. I have a bad problem on my face last week and Dr. Simoni gave me a wash and some medicine and it is almost gone. When you need to get in right away they take care of you. Jenn in the front is very knowledgeable and nice. I never feel like i am being sold treatments, but when i ask about the creams and cleansers they sell she is welling to explain to me the benefits. Take it from a real patient this is a great office.
