Watch out...if you need a refill of plain old face soap that is a prescription only...she will want to see you every time (office visit). All she wants is the office visit fee. Once my daughter saw Dr. Romero, our visit was less than 2 minutes. What a waste.

Staff is so-so. Wait time is so-so. Generous providing beauty drugs, potions, and procedures to foo-foo you up. Deficient in providing medical care to fix you up.

Be careful about Dr. Romero. She will try to push you into expensive treatments. She told me I needed a facial and the my insurance company would pay for it. She never even asked my insurance company and then I was left paying the bill. I will never go back to her.

I made my appt with the doctor for a full screening exam and this was done including the scalp and feet. She found a suspicious lesion and removed it the same day. The staff was courteous and the nurses were knowledgable. It was a great experience. The doctor was in the room the entire time and she was not rushed in any way.

Sorry, judith romero does not answer more than 2 medical questions per visit. Prepare to make future appointments with her. She's the worst dermatologist I've ever visited!

First off she was a half hour late and didn't even seem to mind. She made me feel really bad about myself saying I have too many freckles and we could remove them with "special" facials. I needed to get a mole removed and she insisted only removing half then coming back a few weeks later, I'm sure she did this because I had a $40 co-pay. Then to top it off her insurance biller submitted wrong info to PacifiCare and I had to wait a long time for my EOB. Thanks a lot Dr. Romero

Dr. Romero is the first doctor I have been to that has actually been able to help my adult onset acne. She has mini-facials available in her office which has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend her.
