Nurse aides are always irritated, intimidating and non-personable. This is a pediatric practice! Train your staff interact kindly with children and get some skills dealing with children…maybe learning how to smile once in a while? You get what you pay for, so maybe pay to train your staff on working with children might help.

As for the doctor, she has not once been able to diagnose any concerns for my child. We are constantly “referred” to other “specialists” which results in a wild goose chase all around greater LA County, usually with quacks who know even less than her! She never follows up or follows through on whatever wild goose chase she sends you and your child on either. Not accountable. Why even go here? Office is in a square usually with homeless , and the interior has never had $$ invested back into it so it is worn and used and grim.

Do yourself a favor. Run. Fast. Interview doctors, take office tours if possible. Don’t let what happened to us happen to you. I can not recommend this practice or Dr. Pachorek on any level.

We LOVE her! She is kind, caring and knowledgable. I have a boy and a girl and both kids are very comfortable with her. Very important also. She has been our pediatrician for years and we would not go to anyone else.

Dr. Pachorek not only took her time to patiently listen to a complicated medical history but came up with the correct diagnosis after 2 other physicians failed in the task. She was great at explaining all aspects of my sons condition and helped him overcome his fear of doctors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Pachorek is a wonderful doctor and I couldn't be happier with her. She is very warm and great with my children. She came every day to the hospital to check on them, she never sent the on call doctor. I highly recommend her!
