Absolutely love Dr. Loy. My daughter and I are patients. Really friendly, patient, and kind. The staff is great too.

Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff. My spouse and I chose the same frames, and they had each of our names engraved on our respective glasses to make sure we wouldn't mix them up. Sooo sweet.

The office staff is wonderful. Dr. Loy takes the time you need for your appointment. Never feel rushed while there. She is a beautiful person and a special doctor.

Dr. Loy is one of 2 in the Alliance Eye Center, she is very friendly and informative, and if you're leery of the eye exam where they blow air into your eye, you're in luck! Instead she uses the numbing eye drops and the digital reader, so the eye exam was stress free! I highly recommend her, they work with you to get what you need for the best price.
