I'm 75 and have never seen a a better Doctor! Dr. Spring introduced herself as Megan Spring. That alone, sent a message of, "I'm here to listen". This Dr. is the kindest, most empathetic Dr. I've ever come across. She doesn't make you feel rushed, and your concerns won't be dismissed.

Introduced herself as Megan Spring. It was nice to be introduced to her as a fellow human without the need for touting her credentials.

She's kind, down to earth and that's healing in and of itself.

Plus all the other knowledgable things you'd expect from a physician.

A rare gem. I think I found The One/go to person as my doc!

She felt more like a family doctor than my own family doctor (who left his practice without warning.) She's kind, considerate, and efficient. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out or dismissed and she seemed to take a genuine interest in me and my life. I am very grateful that people like her exist in this world.

Doctor Spring was everything I was hoping for in my visit to the clinic. She was kind, calm, caring and sensitive to my situation. She asked great questions and genuinely listened. I feel very fortunate to have been seen by Doctor Spring and will actively seek her out again the next time I need to see a doctor. THANK YOU for providing an essential service to those of us who are not fortunate enough to have a family doctor. Please keep the walk-in clinic open.

I had a very sore throat for several week and seen other Dr. at urgent care but told not tp
garble or clear throat. Dr. Spring prescribed a 7 day antibiotic treatment. Felling better and fever down . Throat pain has lessoned in two days and clearing the tonsil swelling. .

I had 2 visits with Dr Megan Spring. There was about 15 minutes' wait time. If there is no wait time, I would think that the number of her patients is low but this is not the case with her. Dr Spring is knowledgeable, asked me related questions to my cases and listened. The assistants quickly sent referrals to the hospital and the other specialist.

Refused to give an xray for 5 months. Then told me to go to physio. In that time I went to the hospital to get an xray. Turns out it's a separated ac joint I have worked with lifting car parts for 5 months. So when I told her she said to make a WBC claim, it didnt even happen at work. Waste of time.

Very compassionate kind understanding and approachable doctor. I feel heard when I go to see her. I see her at the walk-in but she has never made me feel anything but listened to and cared for. Great demeanor for a physician..
