I have no words to describe Dr. Ravi, he is a man of words, he is very attentive, he treats his patients with respect. What I appreciate most about him is that he always takes the time to answer all questions and also explains everything that is necessary. For me, the surgery itself and the recovery after it was like a walk in the park. My journey began 6 months ago. I lost 25 kg and I am only 5 kg away from my goal. There is nothing more beautiful than looking in the mirror and seeing a person you finally like. Every outfit fits me perfectly and I can finally go out with pleasure. When my friends ask me how I achieved this, I proudly say that Dr. Ravi is the one I thank from the bottom of my heart for. I'm going on a trip to Europe soon. I will spend most of my time in my hometown of Ljubljana where I will meet up with family, friends, former classmates and former colleagues. I highly recommend Dr Ravi Rao. I am 3 mths post op and feel amazing, just over 22kg down. Ravi provided information on all aspects from being overweight to the weightloss surgery process and deciding what procedure was right for me. He is a very straight talker and doesn't sugar coat anything, you have to want the results to get them and be committed to doing the work. I had only two days where I felt I was 'recovering' from the operation and was back to my normal day-to-day activities after that, no painkillers, very minimal pain and just following the instructions given. Now I'm at the gym 5 days and active recovery 2 days and feel amazing, it's what I wanted to do before loosing the weight but couldn't. If your thinking of doing this you couldn't find a better Surgeon.
