I had the displeasure of meeting Randy Herbert FNP in the ER. He has an awful bedside manner, he's rude & extremely obnoxious. He was aware that I too am in healthcare. If he treated me in this manner, I loathe to think of the way he conducts himself with the lay person. I reported him to the LSBN. 1st time in my life that I've reported someone to the board.
