Very personable and takes the time to listen and understand. Follows up on urgent care and ER episodes and very quick to call back when requested.

I have been seeing Dr. Ho for the last 2 years. She is an awesome family doctor that is very knowledgeable, she has an excellent bedside manner and is VERY thorough! Her ultimate goal is to get you healthy and off your medicines, if at all possible. However, she is not reluctant to prescribe either. Dr. Ho is not afraid to order needed tests or deal with insurance companies. Her assistant Vera is awesome as well. She ALWAYS follows up by the end of the day if you called needing something. She ALWAYS calls with your test results! I never have to worry that Vera will not follow up or fax something. The entire office staff makes you feel good when you come in!

Not only does she misdiagnose my family member but never spend time to explain why they are prescribe drugs. Eliminated meds that are essential to the patients and adds meds not are not pertinent.

Dr. Ho is knowledgeable. She went out of her way to eliminate unnecessary tests/procedures. She has a great bed side manner and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate the fact that she is up on her technology and records information to your personal file while you are present.

I didn't feel that Dr. Ho knew what she was doing. I liked the fact that she is a young doctor and is up on the latest technology, but I don't think she listened or was very knowledgeable.

DO NOT TRUST A DOCTOR JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE A DOCTOR OR THINK THEY ARE...TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS This doctor doesn't know what she is doing. She miss diagnosed a family member, doesn't treat the symptoms (once she thinks "it could be"...)properly. Never asked "why are you taking this medicine anyhow" that was prescribed by another quack MD, and clearly not needed. Dr Ho kept saying "nothing is wrong with you." But why could I not breath? She called it depression!!! She does not know the insurance and how it works to obtain medical needs. On and On. My insurance called it "Questionable medical care" So trust your instincts! If I kept seeing Dr Ho I don't believe I would be here today. My new MD diagnosed my problem in first visit put me on oxygen immediately. Asked me where did I find that doctor....
