Mr. Theobald's bedside manner during hospital stay was terrible. In addition, he sent my husband home from the hospital with a prescription that required a physician's signature but did not get the signature. Which required further follow up with the doctor and a repeat visit to physically pick up the prescription. He indicated a restricted diet would be required but refused to provide details on the restrictions and stated that would need to be discussed with the doctor during the follow up visit in 7 days.
