This NP talks over you and rushes through what you may have to say. She uses reassurance or general phrases like, "oh I know. We don't have all the answers but we will get your taken care of." instead of directly answering health questions and actually taking steps to help patients. The office never returns phone calls and is awfully rude. Ugh.
