receptionist is nice, but pushy. I liked seeing Terry but noticed the staff in the back like to carry on about personal conversations, sometimes loud enough that you can hear them in the rooms. The medical assistants are not always friendly, at times they seem bothered that they have to help with things. I know some people have been frustrated with not getting called back with results or the fact that Terry is to busy see people. I ended up going to the ER because of the MA/Receptionist telling me just this.

I love how HARD Dr Sipola works AND she really cares for her patients...each and everyone. She told me if i had to get a hold of her, that I was to demand to speak to her, and that is not even heard of any more. Having a doctor care enough to show up at a hospital little lone allow you to call and talk to them are days of old, but not for her. She will go the extra mile to investigate illnesses she's unfamiliar with, which again is unheard of in the day and age. She is knowledgable about the insurance game and helps you to navigate it. Shes almost always punctual, though i cant say much for the group she works for, where test results and paperwork is lost all the time, but that is not her doing. She goes out of her way to insist that all is put back in order when things are lost...most of the time. I know she is listening and cares about me, and that is the most important along with having a good strong knowlegde base...most docs know less than she and she is only a PA.

I found Teresa to very pleasant, and punctual. She was very good at answering questions, and explaining procedures.

Teresa (Terry) is a true testament to her profession. She is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. She explains her self very well and shows genuine interest in my well being. I couldn't be happier with another Doctor. She has a great pool of Doctors that support her as well. I couldn't feel safer with my health than in her hands. I'm very satisfied and grateful to have her as my health provider.
