Went there for infected finger. Wait time was 30 minutes longer that expected time given on line. Once in exams room waited about an hour before NP finally came in. She was concerned about blood pressure and suggested I go to the ER. I told her I would follow up with my own doctor the following day. That is when she became rude. She left the room to fill out AMA forms. This took another 20 minutes or so. When she came back into the room she told me to sign it. I asked if she was going to look at my finger? She said "this is more important right now" I asked will she look at my finger after I sign it? She very rudely replied "I don't know what I'm going to do after because this is what is important right now" I said that I felt like after I sign she will just ask me to leave. She again replied that I needed to sign it. I refused and told her she was being rude. She opened the door and held it while I walked out. She never said another word. THIS WAS NOT COMPASSION, THIS WAS DEMANDING AND STRANGE. I cannot afford an ER visit. I WILL contact my doctor tomorrow. The notes she wrote said she told me she would look at my finger after. That is not true. I definitely got the feeling she was just plain angry that I was not jumping to carry out her instructions immediately. A horrible experience with absolutely zero genuine caring being shown.

Wow is all I can say at North Crossing staff was awesome. I seen Meagan and I couldn’t of seen a better Dr. Took the time and to explain ever concern I had! Never acted like I was holding her up . That’s what a care/Medical system should be like

Don't normally write reviews, but making an exception here. Brought my son in to North Crossing and was seen by Meagan. Usually he freaks out in a Dr. office, but the staff and Meagan were so calm and friendly. Meagan even talked sports with him and he gave her a high five on the way out. Great job Meagan and staff!

Went to North Crossing and had an excellent experience. Nursing staff were polite and knowledgeable. I had a short wait, but it was worth it. Meagan was honest, caring, and thorough. I wish she could be my family doctor! Rest assured, if you get Meagan at urgent care, you'll be taken care of!

Visited Meagan at Urgent Care in Waterloo. Just like the previous reviews, my daughter and I had a great experience. She is very thorough and willing to explain things. I hope she is working the next time we go to urgent care. Thanks Meagan :)
