She used to be good but have changed for the worst lately.

Her staff is very rude and very unprofessional. They have no knowledge of the information that they give their patients. They need to be fired.

I have been going here for over 5 years, her Secretary is too bold and tells you no appointments, and they are book up for 2 months. Dr Javhari is a ok Dr, she will treat you for what she thinks and then referred you out. If you sick is better to go to urgent care. Never no appointments or Dr too busy...

Dr. Jhaveri is very nice; however, she does not know how to manage her staff! The receptionist is rude and can leave you waiting on the phone for long periods of time. When you call back, she immediately puts you back on hold. She is a smart . . . and gives remarks that not professional whatsoever. The doctor should be more careful since without clients -- there is no business. The wait is way too long as well. I don't know if I will go back. I am waiting to see if they resolve an issue and I have been waiting for a long time now.

Dr. Jhaveri is a great Dr. No complaints as far as her skill and knowledge. But her secretary needs to learn people skills and tact. Also attention to detail is a little lacking as on occasions I have had to call in to get results for test and the results could not be located. Being told that "If it was anything serious, I would have been contacted" is not very reassuring when the results actually cant be located.

THE DOCTOR IS NICE AND BUT DOESN'T CARE LIKE BEFORE IN HIP CENTER.NOW ITS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALLGAME IN THIS PRACTICE.SHE NOW CALLS ALL THE SHOTS AND LOST IN THE CARING OF PATIENTS.THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE SO NASTY WITH SUCH AN ATTITUDE AND LACK OF PATIENCE WITH EVERYONE.I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Dr. Jhaveri is very nice and she really listens to her patients unlike alot of MD's who rush you out of the room. The downside to this is you have to wait a really long time to see her.
