I have worked for Dr. Kaplan for almost 15 years. Our office deals with some of the most complex issues regarding skin and Dr. Kaplan always takes the most aggressive approach to solve an issue. People come from all over to see him, and he is careful to never turn down a patient in need. We have a large patient load, yes, but that is because our patients desire to see him often and he has always told us that his patients are always right. All surgeries are done in office, very rarely do we send our patients elsewhere and whenever you come to see him his desire is that you leave more knowledgeable and comfortable with your issue than when you came. He has a desire to teach and has never been too busy to answer questions. He is by far the best dermatologist in the tri-state area!!

Dr Kaplan treated my father for various skin conditions. He is very quick ... So quick he didn't give time for the anaesthetic to work and my father had much pain. When questioned about his seemingly careless speed he called my wife "Honey". We have 3 doctors in our family, one dermatologist, and they were horrified.

i have known these 2 brothers for 28 years now! they are fine, fine doctors! and, i might also add, very fine men, as well!

These two doctors are Very rude and inconsiderate of others peoples time. They book too many pts. every 15 minutes. Neither one of them actually "listen." They are only concerned about getting to the next patient. I found another dermatologist down the hall who "sits and listens!!" I will Not be back and would Never recommend these two men. There are still doctors out there who have bed side manner!!!

most excellant doctor..great diagnostic..very patient oriented..considerate kind and very available..always reassuring and offers home ph# if an emergency comes up...could not ask for more if he was a relative..i feel very blessed to have found him and he has teated me for many yrs...Myrtle Eastin
