I went to her for back pain, lower, upper, and shoulder. She did not examine me, dismissed my complaint about my upper back and shoulder, saying it was probably a muscle spasm. Now my arm is numb and my hand has lost all its strength. The physical therapy doctor said he could help with the shoulder, but would need a revised order to do treatment. Ms. Adams said I would have to come in again for a new problem. If I ever go back, it won’t be to see her.

I had a wonderful office visit. She was kind, efficient and even funny. Very refreshing! I was treated great and got very good care. Would recommend!!

I have seen a couple of times but this time she was very uninterested in what was going on with my back. And the office had me listed as a follow up for my neck, which was last year! . Her assistant was not very friendly and it appears she wanted me to make another appt. My husband had called for the day before and never once did he mention my neck. Said he thought it was a bad sprained muscle on the right side of my back. I checked in on line and they didn’t have record of it which was brought to my attention. Not a good experience.

Worst experience with a medical professional I’ve ever had, nothing stood out as horrendous, but it’s obvious she hates her job and compassion is totally absent. I will not go back, there are too many actual professionals to choose from to put up with a condescending and miserable person like this. The other staff at the facility was excellent, but no more with this one.

DO NOT SEE THIS LADY!!! The worst doctors office experience of my life!!! She is INCREDIBLY RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I can’t believe she is allowed to practice medicine. All of these negative reviews are 100% accurate. As soon as she walked in the room she was very dismissive and basically called me a lier. I immediately went to another office and they were absolutely shocked that she did not take my symptoms seriously. If anyone else has had a similar experience they need to contact the office manager because she should not be practicing medicine. Extremely disappointed that this office would retain her.

The moment she walked in the room, she was very rude, asked me why was I here and what did I need to be seen for. I proceeded to tell her, before I could finish and tell her what happened and how this happened, she was very condescending and inconsiderate, and been to telling me that I have been dealing with this for the last 2 years. When I explain to her that had nothing to do with what I just went through she became very dismissive. Then proceeded to say well what do you need from me. Like lady I came to get help. So very unprofessional. She needs to not be practicing in no medical field at all.

She seemed almost comically unconcerned with my pain, which left me wondering whether she'd just had a death in the family or just had no more f*&%! left to give. I don't go to the doctor often, but most of my medical experiences have, fortunately, been really good. But this was strange. She came across as dismissive and disinterested. No warmth. I got at least some of what I needed medically. But I won't go back.

Just like the other reviews, from the moment she walked in the room gave me a look like why are you here and treated me that way. Rude, condescending and dismissive.
