Beena Paul says that she does video appointments and telephone appointments but she doesn't. The staff told me that "the doctor" (of which there isn't one at El Shaddai Family Clinic) requires that I come into the office to review my blood panel. When I arrived, I was given a photocopy of the results (which could have been mailed) and told my triglycerides were too high and my calcium was low. That's it! That could have been handled with a text message, an email, a phone call or a video visit. They want to have you come into the office _every time_ so that they can charge my insurance more.

I once called for a prescription refill and they called it in for 10 pills!! When I called a few weeks later they told me, "You have to make an appointment." I ask why and they said, "The doctor requires it." There is no doctor there. Just a Nurse Practitioner.
