My dad said she was not very patient person and didn't take his concerns seriously. She treated him repeatedly for strep, which she didn't test him for, but kept diagnosing same thing giving antibiotics. When he forced a referral to a specialist he had a serious illness that she had blown off and said it was "no big deal". He died several months later from this illness.
