Forgetful, unorganized, little knowledge, poor care, poor results.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. My referral to a specialist was lost for over a month. The office clerk who was sarcastic and not helpful wouldn't give me her name-- or help with my referral. Fortunately, I got my specialist anyway, through someone else at another clinic. Melissa sided with the office staff... I hope no there patient ever gets treated so badly. My problem is presently being treated by better people.

I've been a patient of Melissa for over a yr now .She is Fantastic ..out going intelligent ..compassionate .and understanding .
