This woman is horrible. The rudest person I have ever met by far. I went to the ER for severe pelvic pain. She began the visit with “I’m not refilling any pain meds”. Didn’t introduce herself or anything. I was visiting due to my home town being evacuated for a major forest fire so I could not see my local doctor and all the urgent cares in the area told me I needed emergency care. This made her very upset and she told me it was my fault that I was in pain. She then proceeded to lecture me about how I should have looked for help sooner. My pain was an easy 10/10 and she was angry when I did ask for pain medication. She got up in my face and put her finger up and said “you can have one dose”. She then sent me for an ultrasound and results came back. It was an ovarian cyst which I have a history of and have had many surgically removed because of other health issues. She came in the room and told me it was a tiny cyst and to to just deal with it. She said I could take ibuprofen which didn’t even touch the pain and then sent me back to my hotel to suffer until I’m allowed back to my home town.

Bridget Penick is the rudest Healthcare professional I've ever met. As someone who has worked in various Healthcare positions the last 9 years, I have crossed paths with many practitioners none of which have been so outwardly unprofessional. She told my 79 year old Grandmother with confirmed COVID-19 and an O2 sat of 88%, "I've seen people lots sicker than you today, you're barely sick enough to be here". She also screamed at me to "be quite" only because I pointed out her negligence in acknowledging my Grandmothers dropping O2 sat of 88%. As someone who has worked for Intermountain and understand their high standards I believe Bridget Erin Penick FNP falls dramatically short.
