Bad experience after having been a loyal patient - look elsewhere

Dr Anderson slammed the door in my face after being her patient for many years. Dropped me after I was diagnosed with a serious condition. Doesn't seem fair that I paid $1800 for an on call concierge dr who disliked emails yet I had no way to leave information.(didn't respond to phone messages either.) It is really a shame to leave after so many years but her staff is quite rude and her office manager hostile/passive aggressive. Dr A is probably fine for simple tasks and those without many health concerns. When she is in a good mood she is very pleasant.

Dr. Anderson is wonderful. Her bedside manner is excellent. I would highly recommend her. A good friend of mine recommended the Dr. to me and we've both been patients of Dr. Anderson's for years.

I also had problems with the office manager and never receive phone calls back. Because I complained to the office manager about this phone problem, I was dismissed from the practice. Very unprofessional and rude.I think Dr. Anderson needs to take a leave of abscence and work on her personal problems. She seems to be unconcerned about her patience. She left me hanging in the middle of health issues to fend for myself.

Dr.Anderson is a great doctor! I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years. She is always attentive and caring and has terrific bedside manner. I have never had a doctor that spend as much time as she does to make sure all my questions are answered and that I understand everything she has said. I think she is fantastic. Every doctor should take a lesson from her. However, whomever it is that does the phone work, or follows up on messages should be fired. I have left 2 messages in 4 days and still no return call.

Dr. Anderson is fabulous. I was a bit nervous after not having had a checkup in a few years, and she was very patient with me, took the time to answer all of my questions and has a great bedside manner.

I also have been a patient of Beth's for a few years. While she was 'OUT', I needed to see a MD and saw one of her partners, who was nice and helped me. Then, when I called after she had returned, but wanted to finish the problem I had with the other MD, was told by her staff that Dr Anderson said that any of her patients that did not return to her when she returned would not be able to return to her care ever, they must stay with the MD they had seen while she was on leave. Is this the way a good, compasionate MD treats her patients? Is it our fault that she lost her license? I am very disappointed in her behavior and have decided to take my healthcare elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson for over 5 years and I can say without hesitation that she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She goes well beyond what is considered standard. I have referred her to many family members and friends, and all agree. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful, caring doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for several years now and she is awesome. She makes you feel like you are the only patient in the world and never seems rushed. I highly recommend her!
