I would recommend Theresa Jones to every one. She and her staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive . Theresa is very good at question answering and asking questions. She is very thoughtful and thorough in her getting information about test results or follow ups to you. I have been going to her for years and I hope many more.

I love Theresa Jones. She is so friendly, attentive and caring. She has always taken such good care of my family and now she is my physician as well. I trust her completely with my care and the care of my whole family. The office is staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurses always call me back in a timely fashion with answers about my care. Family First is a great name for their practice because they do treat their patients just like family.

I have never waited less for a doctor! Less than 15 minutes after time I was called back to the room and less than five minutes later I was visiting with Dr. Jones. Extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. Very glad I found this primary care office close to home that helps with my medical needs so efficiently.

I was there for my annual physical. I havent been to one since before COVID. When asked for the reason why I came in I tried to explain the other reason for my visit but she kept saying she doesnt know what it could be and really seemed in a rush and did not seem to want to listen. It comes down to possible post partum depression which I think I might have and unfortunately she didn't seem to want to listen further.. Her only advice was I should drink less coffee. I couldn't even tell her I don't drink any because I am breastfeeding (I did mention I was still breastfeeding to her). I won't return.

I have seen Terri Jones for over 20 years! She is one of a kind- truly compassionate, caring, and has a wealth of knowledge! I trust her 100%!
