She is unprofessional and doesn't even dress in typical nurse attire, just her casual clothes. Once she's out the door she forgets about you. She told us that after our lab work was done she would contact us and schedule a follow up appointment to go over the results. But instead after each result came in, some other nurse or assistant called us and just gave a quick result with nothing else. We had to call to schedule an appointment, which was a month out. When we finally got to our appointment their system was down so they rescheduled us for a week out, but failed to inform us that it would be at their Provo location. So when we arrived at timpanogos we found out it was at Provo and had 15 minutes before the 15 minute late policy was up. Our appointment was at 3:15 we got to Provo at 3:30 and she refused to see us. Wish I could put better in words the frustration we've had with this place.
