Stay away... the owners son is on the staff and is a complete mess. The rest of the staff really does not care either

When I came for my last check up. The man in the front asked me if i wanted to do fax prescriptions so that It would be convenient for me. Come to find out they never put in ANY of my prescriptions. I called them to see what the problem was and apparently Carmen never put in my prescription. Guess she forgot....really! Had this problem happen to me TWICE. Their staff and Carmen are horrible. They had to have another doctor fill my prescription because Carmen was "busy" I was so livid. They dont care about the patients at all

This lady is a crock. I had scheduled an appointment for a follow up problem I was having. Come to find out she billed my insurance company for an annual exam and for my problem visit. Insurance does not cover 2 codes in one office visit so I had to pay this visit out of my pocket. I called Annandale Family Medicine and told them that she did not do a physical exam on me I only talked about my problem. This office is money hungry and they will steal your money. DO NOT STEP A FOOT IN TO THIS OFFICE.
