Steve is invaluable to the office. Some of the other staff need more compassion and to understand that a doctor's practice depends a large part on their attitude and what they do and say. As for punctuality, there was the rare time when I had less than 15 minute wait

Stay away if you can. He is like the guy from 24 who tortures people to get information out of them. He will leave you in more psin than when you came in. Doesn't know what he is doing, and is incompetent.

Doctor Kia is an outstanding doctor, who has helped me for about 1.5 years. I am recovering from a spinal injury and have had 3 back surgeries. He has been with me every step of the way, and has listened to me and explained things if I didn't fully understand. He is also very personable. I am now reducing my pain meds and he is also very understanding, and doesn't ask me to do impossible cuts to soon. He is doing a slow tapering with me and I have a world of confidance in his abilities. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone else dealing with chronic pain.

Due to my chronic pain I have seen a number of other doctors before Dr Kia. He is very professional, takes time to explain everything, and has great bed-side manner. More than most doctors ive seen, he takes time to listen to my concerns and is always sympathetic. I consider myself very lucky to have him as my pain doctor and recommend him highly.

I had to wait two months to get in and even though there's an office in my city I had to travel to another county. Once I finally got in to see the doctor it was a complete waste of time. Even with the medical proof of my conditions I was made to feel as if the pain is all in my head. Nothing was explained to me and I left so confused I had to call the following day and blown off and made to feel like I was making up the pain when there's x-Rays and medical proof to say otherwise. I think it's time the media starts focusing on the neglacence of doctors and leaving those in real need of help instead of focusing on the drug addicts who would of abused any kind of drug and making things worse for those of us who are in pain and need help but are now just looked down on.

U will love this doctor. He listens to your concerns. So many dr just get u in and out. Dr Kia is worth seeing
