I highly recommend Dr. Volker. Quality treatment, spent as much time as needed explaining diagnoses, answered all questions and concerns. Wait time < 5 minutes in waiting room and examination room.

Staff was more interested in personal conversations over acknowledging patients. Looked as if the office manager/supervisor came up front at one point and contributed to the personal conversation. Very unprofessional from a patients view in the waiting room. I felt like just a number to the front desk staff. The wait was much longer than expected. The nurse that took me back was great. The doctor spends a lot of time explaining things but talks like you are one of his colleagues and should understand the terms that he uses. Not sure I would feel too confident coming back for a follow up here.

initial visit with PA diagnosed Dermatitis - no kidding! PA is ok for after care but someone who may or may not have read an article in Family Circle magazine is not qualified to make a diagnosis. And I paid to see a DOCTOR with 12 years schooling Not someone who may or may not have graduated high school!

Dr. Volker is wonderful. He took his time with me, I never felt rushed. He answered any questions and has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend him and the practice.
