Terrible. When he gave me a morphine injection, Dr. Faull was unaware that morphine has been contraindicated in my files for years. And he was unaware that morphine interacts badly with amytriptyline. Ignoring or unschooled in these matters, my treatment was a disaster. I am indefinitely catheterized. He is also rude, complaining about my “bad attitude” when I flinched during an injection. I have the highest regard for SSM Dean staff and physicians. Thomas Faull just doesn’t fit. Steer clear of him.

Listened to what I had to say and took more time with me then I expected. Asked if I had questions several times and made me feel part of the,decision making process. Recommended things I hadn't thought of before which I liked. Would definitely recommend.

If you are hoping to have your pain treated with Narcotics..not going to happen. This doctor does injections only. Just a heads up for those who have found a specific narcotic pain medication that FINALLY relieves your pain...

My daughter and I saw Dr. Thomas Faull today for her chronic knee pain. He was the MOST caring, compassionate, attentive, engaged pain management doctor that we have seen in 3 years of dealing with this. Recommend him? A B S O L U T E L Y! He listened, asked our opinions, how she wanted to proceed, answered questions, was patient and knowledgeable. Both nurses that we encountered were friendly, not rushed, chatted, we got in early to the appt. We are hopeful! Finally! We've seen our fair share of arrogant, crabby, impatient, eye rolling doctors. Dr. Faull is NOT any of those!

Dr. Faull is sarcastic and insulting. He began making recommendations before I had a chance to say anything, and refused to deviate from those recommendations after "hearing" what I had to say. He is rude and unresponsive to patient conerns - NOT what one hopes for in their pain management professional. I highly recommend steering clear of this doctor.
