I thought Brooke Hawkins was very friendly and she attempted to answer all my questions. She was very punctual and my pap smear was actually quicker than I expected.

I don't know if I caught her on a bad day or what, but I had an absolutely terrible experience with her. Very unprofessional and immature. Launched into me because I mentioned feeling my last experience with the doctor was impersonal. (He saw me one time in 24 weeks on pregnancy for a grand total of 5 minutes) She became very defensive and told me "I wasn't going to have a good time here." Almost everyone I ran into was unfriendly, treating me like a job, not a person. Felt very unwelcome and won't go back. Its a shame Dickson doesn't have more OBGYNs available.
