1st time meeting TerrySims,He misdagionsed me serveral times. He kept putting me on antibotics back to back,( i had serve allgeric reactions) called the office and he kept saying anxiety was the cause for my new issues. I kept getting worse, looking at all records never once did i have evidence of having an infection in my body. He put me on cipro and levaqvin back to back. I told him of issues i had and he kept saying anxiety.. I actually was landed in the CMC hospital and was told i had C diff,dehyradtion, bad adersve reactions and to never see this doctor again, he almost killed me., Had tendon tears, Small fiber nerve damage,Mitcocrhondrail damage from the drugs he had on me for NO REASON!!! I am 10 months out from everything and still suffereing daily. My life is ruined. I regret every meeting this Terry, Sims!!! I have talked to others who he has hurt.He was wrong about everything!! i am 25 and crippled because of him.
