Dr. Mashchak is the best gynecologist I have ever been to. She truly cares about each of her patients. She spends quality time listening to your problems and goes over each of your health issues in depth Her staff is also very caring. I have been going to her for years and would highly recommend her to any female.

My experiences (notice PLURAL) in getting any services were AWFUL. My third appointment I was in desperate need of a new birth control and had to see the doc. this appointed was cancelled by the office. The staff was no help at all. The second time (rescheduling A WHOLE 3 MO LATER), they call and cancel again! I refused three calls to have me cancel, until they finally have me give in. I am a full time student working full time and I can't deal with an unproffessional staff like this! HORRIBLE!

Awful experience. Called me day before my appt to cancel because they said Medicare would not cover cost. My private insurance assured me they would cover cost. I explained this to Dr. Mashchak's staff and asked if they had talked with my insurance company. They said "no" and refused to call my insurance to verify the information or give me an appt. I think they have a lazy staff who does not go the extra mile to help patients. I'm done with Dr. Mashchak and her staff.

Love Dr Mashchak! She takes the time to listen to me. Finally got my hormone levels correct. My General Doc wanted me on strong anxiety meds but she said I needed more estrogen . Had blood work done and got me the right dose. Feel great now!! Also she caught my uterine cancer early. Stage 1 .. Had surgery and ok now. She saved my life:)

Love her Wellness Clinic where you can get your pap & mammogram & blood work all done on the same day. Yes it does take most of the day but at the end you are given your results & she goes over them and answers any questions. Since you don't eat before starting a light breakfast is provided and a box lunch. There are short sessions on yoga, plastic surgery (my guess is they sponsor the food), hormones or a variety of women's health issues. I'm sorry the younger woman felt rushed & talked "down" to but for those of us who work it is easier to get everything done in one day than have to take time off for multiple appointments. Have not been able to find service like this in Nashville or elsewhere in middle TN so I go back each year. Several friends make appointments together & get a chance to visit. It is a wonderful concept!

I was ver fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Ann. She is an incredible lady and dr. She always listens to any concerns that I have and I am very at ease with her. She takes plenty of time with me each and everytime I have gone in for my exam. Before I was referred to Dr. Ann, I went to another dr. in my hometown for 24 yrs. When he retired I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Ann and could never imagine going to anyone else.

Garbage! Was recommended through a friend, but would never go back after the nightmare appointment. Clearly this Dr. caters to an older clientele and being in my early 30s I felt as though she rushed me through, gave me no attention, was unwilling to put me at ease or answer any questions. It was almost as though she was looking down on me and judging me. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a Dr. office. They offer an afternoon option, where you get your check up and then wait to get your blood results back in person same day, which was a huge waste of time and I had to sit through a lecture on controlling your bladder which at 32, I'd prefer reading a magazine in peace. Also, trying to get a hold of her is impossible. I've requested to have my prescription called in and it's now ran out and 2 weeks over due and she has still not called it in. I will never be back. Her educational background is enticing, but her bed side manner, professionalism, and atmosphere are unacceptable.
