Alice and the staff are second to none in my book! She has always taken time with me and was never hurried. She has been polite and professional, answering my questions, explaining conditions, interpreting test results and treatments, recommending tests and making referrals for specialty treatments and tests. I am pleased with her compassion and desire to give me any relief possible from my several vertebral problems.
I respect her, her knowledge, compassion and willingness to help me!
If any other reviewer has a negative impression, then I question their attitude in working with her.

Alice Messer needs her license revoked!!! She is the absolute rudest, incompetent, non-compassionate health provider I have EVER been to...saw Dr. Vohra maybe once the entire time I was a patient in this clinic. She knows nothing about your condition and spends her entire time with you trying to look through your records, not listening or wanting to hear what you have to say. A person dealing with chronic pain is dealing with constant pain and complete deterioration of quality of life, and as a senior citizen, every minute of every day is cherished and desire to enjoy their time with family and friends....at least feeling she is cared about by health care providers. Dr. Vohra is and always has been a caring, competent doctor who treats each patient with respect and concern. I was told by Alice Messer to find another doctor and rudely, after asking, made no suggestions or referrals. Her care options are limited, and rudely dismisses you if her pain management methods have not helped. I realize chronic pain is difficult, but the person suffering is begging and at the mercy of health providers. Alice Messer does not need to be a part of NewSouth Neurospine and their Pain Management medical staff. Also, the nurses and receptionisists are difficult to communicate with and also are rude in tryng to relay messages and in returning calls. I am so upset and disappointed. Yes, if it takes a lawsuit, I would certainly be a witness to the incompetence of Alice Messer.

Horrible and incompetent!
I couldn’t wait to see another doctor.
Do not waste your time with Newsouth Neurospine. They have NO compassion for people who are in chronic pain.

I highly recommend Alice Messer, she has always treated me with great respect & has always did what is best for my health & well being. The staff is professional, & courteous with waiting time for my appointment at a minimum. Alice always takes her time examining me, explains any test & procedures, also results and makes if I have any questions they are answered & that I throughly understand. I appreciate having Alice & the NewSouth NeuroSpine medical group; they are an A+ Group. Thank you Alice.

I have seen Dr Vorha for x 2 visits. Feel in love with him . He is very compassionate and caring . He performed a nerve conduction test on me and was patient and listened to my needs . This past week I made an appt to see Dr Vorha when I get there I'm told I will be seeing his NP. ( first of all they should let you know that when you make the appt.)she had never seen me before and had no idea the chronic pain I have been in. She came in stood up and looked in my file the entire time she was talking to me. I got in about 20 words of my symptoms and she had me stand up, poked on my shoulder asked if I hurt there and that was it. NOT even what I came in about. She has no compassion, and I wasn't wanting pain pills , she is just unprofessional. She gave me some orders and I had to pick up papers later in the week. Took the office forever to find them and when I did get them back all the orders were completely opposite than what I was instructed in the office by her a few days prior. And the staff is so rude, they will walk past you like you don't exist . And to call to speak to his nurse you always get someone else. There is a worker named Latoya that is extremely rude when speaking to you on the phone and even in person . I love Dr Vorha but if I'm not able to see him directly I WILL NOT BE BACK to his clinic. And it's so unfortunate, because he is such a good doctor and with all the negative reviews I've read about her and she is still there, it must not be a problem for him . He is going to loose son many patients due to her unprofessionalism and the office staff

I really like Dr Vohra and feel he could do much better than her as his help. I have never met a medical professional who seems so incompetent. It seems she does not listen well to her patients and if she does she has her own opinion about it. If you disagree with her well you are done. Seeing all the workers comp. Reps in that office is a very bad sign. Take it from someone who knows from experience.

Alice Messer does not listen to anything that I tell her. She acts like she does not care that I am in horrible chronic pain. When I call her office, on one returns my calls. I always call 3 days in a row, and then end up having to call and ask for the office manager. They even lost my file one time! They also told me just to go to the ER one time! In my opinion, they have way too many patients and a horrible administration. If you don't need surgery, they don't care about you and the only way to keep getting money out of you is to keep bringing you in for appointments. They gave me 3 injections, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care. I have been going to her for over a year now, and finally have switched to a new doctor who listens to me and actually cares about how much pain I am in.
