Margot Gorske is wonderful! I love her. She is very personable, is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about you as a patient. She will spend as much time with you as you need. She is so wonderful that I keep going to her as a patient even though there have been times when the office receptionist staff have made me want to leave the practice. They are often very rude or curt and never seem happy or pleasant to you. This practice (Dr. Maria Natividad is the main doctor in the practice) has gotten a lot of reviews and most of them consistently say the office staff are horrible. However, Margot Gorske and Dr. Maria Natividad are so fabulous that I keep going back to them. I will put up with grumpy, unpleasant office staff to keep going to such a wonderful, knowledgeable nurse practitioner and doctor. The staff isn't mean to you; they just could use much more hospitality and courtesy than they have. That said, I prefer to determine what doctor I go to based on the expertise, knowledge, and care of the actual doctor over what their office staff are like.
