I had a great experience from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and efficient and Laura took time to actually give me a thorough skin check (previous provider did it while I was dressed and checked my face?????-that’s why I knew I needed a change). Office is unique and beautiful. This website has down the wrong directions just in case anyone uses them.....don’t. They are at 84 Genesee Street in New Hartford. Highly recommend.

Nice location, very clean and spacious exam rooms.
They were able to squeeze us in as my daughter had a rash that developed over the long weekend. They were busy but the wait was not abnormally long. (Especially for a new patient who they made accommodations for) Laura was great and our daughter went to school yesterday rash free! Highly recommend. The new area for primary care they are working on looks like it will be beautiful as well.

I am so glad I found Laura again! She provides excellent care and finds things others have overlooked. I can’t tell you how many “little things”
she has found over the years that could have turned into something life threatening. She LISTENS and I think that is one of the keys to her success. She doesn’t just end your visit in the room. If something doesn’t look, sound or feel right she will research away at it until she can give an answer. She might call on a Saturday or Sunday. (That’s how I found out I was pregnant with my little surprise-after years of no luck). I will never forget that call!! You don’t get many people who go out of their way with things like that anymore. We are very lucky to have her!

I have been with Dr Luke since she has opened her practice here in New Hartford, NY and I couldn’t be happier!! She is caring, thoughtful and ALWAYS puts me at ease. Dr Luke and her staff are like going to see trusted family. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you for all you do!!!

Our family has been seeing Laura for years. The New Hartford office is so nice. It is nice to have Vera working with her as they both have given us top notch care since we started with her.

My experience was very positive. The office staff was helpful. The nurse was very pleasant and took a thorough history and also took my blood (which I DREAD and she did a great job and provided me with juice and crackers after as I felt lightheaded and had been fasting). Laura spent a lot of time with me and listened to my concerns and is following through on them. It was nice to feel like someone listened and I was a part of my healthcare decisions. The whole place has a “home like vibe”. I feel lucky to have found them.

I have been to this office five times. One day my son had recently passed away (after my first visit). I was there for something routine but I completely broke down. I was so embarrassed but Laura took the time to find out what was wrong, listened to me, tried to help. She got me in with a support group and asks me every time how I am. It makes me mad when I read that people complain about the wait. I have been there times and walked right in after checking in and other times I have waited but never more then I have at other offices (ie dentist, specialists, previous provider). I would take someone with a heart and a brain and wait all day before some of the other care I have received in the area.

Great office and I received excellent care. I was a new patient and all of my concerns were addressed. I would say it was much more then I was expecting based on other places I have been in the past. Very comfortable atmosphere.
